Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you received the wrong size or product. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include used or washed bedding, custom or personalized products, unauthorized returns, and requests made after 7 days.
To request a return, please contact support@CozyBeddingStore.store with your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
